Your camper shouldn’t live in the driveway between trips. At Dad’s Parking you get a dedicated long-term space on Highway 13, so the HOA stays happy, the neighbors get their view back and your rig is waiting when the weekend calls.
We’re just north of Bolivar — handy for Polk County campers and anyone heading to Stockton Lake or Pomme de Terre Lake for the season. Pull out Friday, bring it back Sunday, leave it with Dad.

FAQ
RV parking questions.
Will my RV or trailer fit?
Tell us your overall length and we’ll match you to a space that fits. Big rigs and long trailers are exactly what we’re here for.
Can I get my camper or boat out for a weekend?
That’s the idea — leave it with Dad till the weekend calls you. We’ll set up how pick-up and return work when we confirm your space.
How should I prep my RV or boat for storage?
Good habits: empty and winterize water lines before freezing weather, disconnect or maintain the battery, remove food, cover vents and keep tires properly inflated. For boats, drain water, stabilize fuel and use a fitted cover.
Do I need insurance on my vehicle?
Yes, we recommend it. Dad’s Parking is private property and you park at your own risk: the owner is not responsible for theft, damage or loss, and minimal security is provided. Keep your RV, boat, trailer or vehicle insured while it’s parked with us, and check with your insurance agent about storage coverage.
How much does parking cost?
Monthly parking is $80 for personal vehicles and for boats, RVs and trailers under 30 ft, and $100 for boats, RVs and trailers over 30 ft. Short-term parking is $1 per hour or $10 per night. See rates & parking options.
